Radio could of used a dose of Cecil the last 5 years or so. No ego when it came to what he owned or didn't own. He bought and sold to make a profit, and while he owned a station, he tended to make it better. Used to sit in group PD meetings with Bill Tanner (a true whack job and smart programmer) and hear stories about Cecil. I wonder if we'll see people like him come along again when all these stations get pried away from the banks.
