Even if it's not automation, it's the interns they have running the studios now a days. There is just no price you can put on quality in a market this size, but the corporate big wigs feel differently. It's sad. Here's another one to look for: Fox Chicago running a promo on how you should "DVR that other show at 9" and watch Fox Chicago News LIVE at 9 because it's the breaking news weather and sports you need NOW. Then in the clips playing under the voice over, they show Robin Robinson reading a breaking news story on the "9pm news" but the time on the clock is 11:02pm.. so they used a clip from a newscast that was pre-empted. HA!
