this memo really must be another shocker to those currently in the radio industry.. right? having been out of the business for years now, i realize that memos like this are written every single day in other industries at other companies. it's the way of the world, folks. it happens. at any point your job could be swooped from under you and taken by someone cheaper or someone who kissed a little more ass (or other lower regions). welcome to the real world. it's not just on mtv.
