Nah...you can't fault him for seeing the writing on the wall. The F-up came when they didn't give SC the morning show. They need someone with a quick wit and friendly demeanor to host mornings. While I'm sure Greg Jarret is a nice guy, he's cardboard on the airwaves. It's like a lead in show in prime time. The morning show has to be strong to keep you listening.
There are other stations in Chicago I can listen to if I want to hear argumentative radio. 'GN was never like that but it is fast becoming that kind of station. They discussed the issues of the day but they did it with respect and good humor for the most part. I'm not impressed with this latest move.
