This IS very much like OJ. If you're ever busted for something, cases like this prove that you NEED to sell your house and get power lawyers.
I walked in on a meeting with my old MD and a record guy way back when the video was making its rounds. They were watching it. The record rep had it on his laptop.
I caught a glance or two of the tape and it definitely is R. Kelly. You can just tell (not only does it LOOK like him, but the mannerisms are there).
That said, it is a sad testiment when radio stations like GCI and Power 92 show praise for an artist that has committed such a crime against our kids. Unfortunately, they HAVE to though... they are only resonating what the black community is already feeling. If they took a stand, they'd alienate their audiences.
The change really has to come from the people of Chicago. And we all know it won't.
