Radio Ink: Feder Leaves Chicago Public Media
November 23, 2010: Respected veteran radio- and media-industry reporter Robert Feder, who's spent the last year at Chicago Public Media's Vocalo blog site after leaving the Chicago Sun-Times, has decided to exit Chicago Public Media in light of changes at Vocalo, and the blogs' relocation to a different site.

In a farewell post, Feder writes that it's been "an unforgettable 12 months" and says, "Let me assure you, I won't be leaving the daily media beat. I expect to make an announcement about my new online home soon."

Feder also thanks Chicago Public Media and CEO Torey Malatia, and tells readers, "The loyalty of so many readers, and the insightful, spirited participation of so many of you who regularly shared comments in this space were more gratifying that I can express."
