Channel 9's opening night

Monday marks the official anchor shuffle at WGN-Channel 9, with Mark Suppelsa debuting on the 9 p.m. newscast alongside Allison Payne, and Steve Sanders shifting to the noon news alongside Micah Materre.

Suppelsa joined the Tribune Co. station after five years at Fox-owned WFLD-Channel 32.
