This falls under the same category of the urban and spanish stations having difficult #s under the new PPM. It's because Steve Dahl has so much longevity and a cult following that people would write him down no matter if they actually listened at the given time or not.
PPM is going to show us who is really listening. Things are going to change. I know this scares a lot of people. Especially the old timers.
