Citing family issues, Deborah Rowe said she's taking some time off from her Saturday show at Citadel Broadcasting news/talk WLS-AM (890).

Her show, which aired from noon to 3 p.m., would have been pre-empted many weeks by Notre Dame football.

Kipper McGee, program director of WLS, said he expects Rowe to return to her regular weekly slot after the football season ends in December.
