So how did CBS' WBBM-Channel 2 top the market with 33 Emmy Award nominations? In part by submitting 80 entries -- more than any of its competitors.

The 50th annual Emmys will be presented Oct. 18 by the Chicago/Midwest chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place.
