Emmis reworks paychecks.

Emmis restructures the way its managers will be paid over the next 18 months to help the company weather the economic downturn. Salaries are being cut to $15,000 a year for the company's top 64 managers in an effort to boost cash flow. Employees will get the rest of their pay in the form of quarterly cash or stock bonuses -- depending if the company hits its targets.
