According to a report from WOIO-TV (CBS 19)/Cleveland, Clear Channel rock WMMS's Dominic Dieter, the daredevil stunt boy who just goes by Dieter on the "Rover's Morning Glory" show, was charged on Wednesday (Sept. 24) with three counts of assault for allegedly throwing a beer bottle from the stage and into the crowd at last June's "RoverFest." The bottle struck 29-year-old Tiffany Yuhasz, who needed 12 stitches to close wounds on her forehead and under one of her eyes. The victim claims to still be suffering from "nerve damage."

If convicted, Dieter, who will be arraigned on Oct. 3, faces anything from probation to eight years in prison.

R&R received a "no comment" from WMMS officials.
