Kipper McGee, program director of WLS, will be the keynote speaker Oct. 25 at the Inter-Collegiate Broadcasting Systems fifth annual Midwest Radio Conference for college and high school broadcasters.

His topic: "The Future of Radio."

The event, co-sponsored and hosted by the radio department of Columbia College Chicago, 33 E. Congress, will feature a daylong schedule of panels and workshops.
