Theodore Ready To Change Channels

On the heels of propelling Clear Channel CHR/top 40 WKQI (Channel 95-5)/Detroit from No. 14 to No. 1 in the market 12+, VP of programming Dom Theodore surprised more than a few people on Thursday (Oct. 9) when he tendered his resignation after nearly seven years. The good news is Theodore will remain in the building until Dec. 31, dragging out the long goodbyes as long as possible.

Theodore's previous programming stops include a year at KRBE/Houston, and his radio wonder years were spent at WFLZ/Tampa during the tail end of its storied "Power Pig" days.

Theodore has not announced his new destination yet, pending the formal announcement from his new company.
