Seven Questions with... Judy Markey

In last month's edition of "Seven Questions," we heard from midday host Kathy O'Malley. Now, we hear from her counterpart - co-host Judy Markey! Here are Judy's answers to the seven best listener questions we've received over the past month. Be sure to read all the way to the end to learn who next issue's featured personality will be!

1) What was your best dining experience?
(Submitted by Chris)

The Christmas cookies that Elizabeth, my Grandmother's German housekeeper, sent us every year. There was this one round one that had anise in it, and I guess it was the first time I ever understood the concept of gorging.

2) What's a conversation you'd like to overhear?
(Submitted by Trevor)

The conversation after Hillary Clinton found out about Bill and Monica.

3) If you could change your name to anything, what would you change it to?
(Submitted by Nancy)

Any name that was less perky. Preferably one that would make you see me in a tall, blond, Gentile light.

4) I've heard you reference living in Europe - where all have you lived and which place did you like the best?
(Submitted by Matt)

I was lucky enough to live in Rome, then Paris, and then Amsterdam. Rome got me at "Bon giorno."

5) Do you find that your friends and family are more likely to tell you things knowing it will be a show topic or less likely to tell you things knowing it will be a show topic?
(Submitted by Anna)

I think they tell me exactly what they'd tell me anyway, and just preface some of the good stuff with "don't even think about putting this on the air."

6) If you could have one wish granted today, what would it be?
(Submitted by Benjamin)

A guarantee that my children will always be happy (possibly the most basic and far-fetched wish a mom could have, of course).

7) What would the first sentence of your autobiography be?
(Submitted by Sarah)

"My life would have been much-improved, if I'd only had a waist."
