Rob Feder brilliantly answered John Callaway's question about Steve Dahl. The problem is NOT with his daypart, the problem is with his new personality. The show is too laid back, he is way too comfortable, he doesn't care anymore. I know we all have to make our house payments and pay for our lunches, but it's obvious Steve is more interested in doing live reads, selling t-shirts and getting web hits - banking on his old name recognition - than sharing compelling fresh content and doing something of importance with his audience. And that's why he's tanking.
Dahl has been slamming Feder a lot lately on his show after the parting words in his last column, I wonder what he'll have to say on Monday's show about the WTTW segment.
