BTW, Chris Brown has just been added to the lineup. He's being billed as a "special guest appearance" though and not an "act" so I expect his set to be much shorter than the other performers and perhaps even limited to just a duet with Rihanna or something. I'm pretty sure they only tacked his name on in order to sell more tickets. AFAIK, tickets for this bash are not selling at the pace CBS had hoped. There are still many of the cheap tickets left, and if you want to upgrade and get better seats, there's a HUGE price gap between cheap and "better" (from $15 to $85+service charges).

: True. Rihanna is a good headliner. I heard she sucks live though. Then again who doesn't suck live these days.

: They just added DAVID ARCHULETTA to the list.

: It must be so confusing to be a B96 listener.

: : Rihanna is definitely THE face of Top 40 music right now.... she's had NUMEROUS hits in the past two years that has her at the top of the format.

: : Jesse McCartney? OK, not so much, but I think scoring Rihanna is a huge win for them.

: : : B96 is bringing back their Jingle Bash this year with Rihanna, Jesse McCartney and other acts to be named.

: : : So far it's not a line-up that makes me go gaga, but I think this is a good move on their part. I bet Rick Vaughn was thinking of doing a KISS Jingle Ball and this throws him a curveball. I wonder if Dom had any input here.
