He has 2.5 years left on his multimillion dollar contract and he isn't going to let CBS out of it. Good for him.
So CBS is going to pay his balance due in full while he gets to sit on the beach and work on Dahl.com projects or appear on Comcast SportsNet, do whatever he wants. I just don't understand the reasoning behind this kind of firing. They don't save any money for at least 2.5 years. Maybe that's why I'll never be in corporate management.
