The reign of Kelly Campbell, 2008 Loop Rock Girl, is soon coming to an end and WLUP is getting ready to ramp up a new Rock Girl search to find their 5th titleholder.

On February 9th, WLUP will reveal its plans for a new and supposedly easier way for sexy Chicago women to enter to win $50,000 and all that comes with the title of Loop Rock Girl 2009.

It appears that instead of setting up shop at malls & bars across northern IL each weekend, WLUP will take all submissions online this year.
