Tom Langmyer 2007 Tom Langmyer, vice president and general manager of Chicago Tribune parent Tribune Co.'s WGN-AM, was named News/Talk/Sports General Manager of the Year at Radio & Records' annual Talk Radio Seminar over the weekend in Los Angeles.

"I am honored and humbled by this award," Langmyer said in a statement. "But this truly belongs to the entire team of leaders we have at WGN radio that are committed every day to leading innovation in our changing industry."
