True. VG Lozano was never owner, columbia owns the station and has always owned it under their radio department she was just helping program for a while and I believe tony k is now in that role. I personally never knew of her mis-repping herself so I cant really comment on that. Staying on the subject though, One thing that really bugs me is when people lie about this kinda stuff including people at various independent and college stations and brokered stations saying that they own the station or that they are in a position they are not saying that they "work" there when they are in fact volunteers or buy time and even try to get free stuff using station call letters. Whats so wrong about being truthful? Its gonna come out eventually anyway. About the WCRX playlist I know they were always under that whole banner of "Chicago's underground" and recently they are playing a ton of top40 which its like is their really a need for more of that here? Much less on a hundred watter whose transmitter is mostly broadcasting out to lake michigan? Anyway thats all folks!
