I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. Not that they are changing, but with the changes themselves.
1. Wrestling - I know this will draw a certain segment of viewers but it seems like the WWE is well past its prime. Vince McMahon is old. ANd with the rise in popularity in the UFC I think people have turned elsewhere for that type of entertainment.
2. New Logo - looks like a 70's game show logo. Sadly it is better than the anime eyes that they had rcently.
3. Original programming - I am glad they are going this route BUT none of it really interests me. I don't see much of it catching on. I think TBS "My Boys" is a great example of what WGN should be doing. It is hard to believe that a show about a Chicago Sports writer is on TBS and not WGN.
4. Bob and Tom - This show is LAME!!! When Stern had his E! show, he at least had a lot of visual stuff that you could not see on the radio. This show does not work on TV. Unless you are trying to fall asleep.
Just my two-cents. I really want WGN to be good. However, I will be watching for the shows that were already there - 9:00pm news and Baseball.
