That channel is very hard to get in reliably. The frequency it broadcasts on is very low in the EM spectrum, and requires a big antenna. An indoor antenna just isn't big enough to "catch" such a large wave. Some people have reported that using an FM style antenna (the really long flat T shaped ribbon cable.) Align it perpendicular to the Hancock.
