Marcus Leshock Joins WGN As Feature Reporter

Marcus Leshock joins Tribune's CW affiliate WGN Chicago as feature reporter effective May 11, according to Greg Caputo, WGN news director.

"Marcus will bring his unique 'feature-based eye' to WGN News," said Caputo. "His lifestyle reports will focus on all things pop culture including social media, off-the-beaten-path locales and current events."

Leshock will also blog daily at wgntv.com. Viewers can "friend" Leshock on FaceBook, watch Leshock on YouTube: youtube.com/mjleshock and follow Leshock on Twitter at twitter.com/marcusleshock.

For the past five years, Leshock had been a feature reporter with CLTV Chicago, hosting Metromix on CLTV, a local entertainment and lifestyle program.

A native of Schaumburg, Illinois, Leshock holds a BA and MA in communication from Northern Illinois University.
