With Roe Conn, losing his final hour, WLS has
finally reached the point where it has been
heading for the last 10 years. It now has
less weekday local than national programming.
And, as far as the weekend goes, they are
just as well to the leave the station doors
locked.
Their ridiculous slogan 'the place Chicago
comes to talk' is exemplified by the Sean
Hannity show. People may come there to
talk, but Hannity is coming from a can and has finished listening hours ago.
