You're not alone... I brought this up a couple of months ago about the 10 o'clock news. It's like they just don't understand when to queue the microphones. Because of that Weiner Sanders guy and the audio problem, I gave up watching their news. Channel 7 is where I go for news.

: They've been having all sorts of problems for years.
: They use those robot cameras & sometimes they aren't pointed correctly.
: They super the locations & everything else live for every show, so there are numerous spelling or address mistakes during the newscasts. Sometimes they just forget to do it. Some of their people just can't spell!

: : What's with Channel 5 News. I am watching their 5 p.m. Newscast today for about 10 minutes and it looks like amateur hour. The camera goes off one anchor before he gets through talking and the video is switched to a silent anchor just looking into the camera smiling. After a report a reporter delivers a wrap up to the story in studio and his microphone is turned off. The anchors' microphones pick him up from a distance and I can hardly hear him. Is this problems with the equipment or incompetent
: : technical people. My college television production class did better.
