from what i know, it's all resolved. candi stabbed tony because tony tried to attack her. they had both been drinking. tony called the police. in the course of investigating the stabbing, chicago pd found out that tony had actually been repeatedly beating candi and she had the bruises and scars to prove it. so they started going after tony. tony got pissed, hired a lawyer and went after candi in a civil suit for stabbing him. all in all, i believe all criminal charges were dropped and the civil case was thrown out. so nothing happened to tony OR candi except for a bunch of legal bills, stress, and bad pr. a sad story all the way around.
