Maybe my numbers are wrong. But in the recent billings that were posted, I thought WNUA billed around $12 million and US 99 billed $19 million. If WNUA went country, I can't see them getting even half of US 99's billings. So, wouldn't be better to run WNUA cheap instead of starting new with country which would take a lot of money for promotion.
