INTERNET RADIO IS NOT RADIO

How can they be "on the air" when this is an internet-only stream? Actually, they are not utilizing any AIRWAVES at all.

I am tired of these internet services (like Mike North's new venture) refering to themselves as "radio", when there isn't a RADIO involved at all. The listeners are using a computer to hear them (which cost$ money)--not a radio.

I just went to the website for chitownsmoothjazz.com. They use the term "internet radio", which is false because they con not be heard on a radio anywhere!
