Emmis Kills Q2, South Asian moved from WLUP-HD3 to WKQX-HD2

I noticed that 'Q2 Next Generation Alternative' on WKQX-HD2 is no more. The HD2 station is replaced with South Asian programming that was previously heard on WLUP-HD3.

Q2 seemed to be very similar to Q101, so this change is not a major loss, except that Q2 had no commercials.

I wonder if Emmis is trying to cut costs? Do they have another revenue idea for WLUP-HD3? Their are other large ethnic groups in the Chicago area that could benefit from a digital subchannel (Korean, Polish, Russian).
