Good day: If all goes well, Paul Harvey is expected back on the air Friday after a two-month absence.

The 89-year-old Chicago-based radio icon, who has been recovering from pneumonia and bronchitis, also underwent cataract surgery, according to ABC Radio Networks.

His commentaries air here on Tribune Co.-owned news/talk WGN-AM (720).
