Continuing a long tradition of making Chicago audiences laugh, Zanies Comedy Club announces the new show “Stand Up, Sit Down”.
“Stand Up, Sit Down!” features two well known Chicagoans attempting the art of stand up comedy for the first time. In front of a live audience!!
The first installment of this series will showcase WGN Morning News Reporter, Ana Belaval and restaurant/club owner Jerrod Melman (HUB 51).
“Stand Up, Sit Down”, hosted by comedian Pat McGann, debuts on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Zanies Comedy Club, 1548 N. Wells Street in Chicago.
Showtime is: 8:30PM

The episodes will be taped live at Zanies Comedy Club for later broadcast.
The broadcast shows will also include interviews in which the performing individuals discuss stand up comedy and their performances.
