WLS-TV holding open call for would-be 'Chicago Huddle' announcers

Women interested in being this season's announcer for WLS-Ch. 7's "The Chicago Huddle" are invited to an open audition, set for 11 a.m. on Aug. 11th at Chicago's ESPN Zone.

Would-be applicants must be age 21 or older and are asked to bring a resume and photo with them.

"The Chicago Huddle," hosted by WLS weekend sportscaster Ryan Chiaverini and to-be-announced members of the Chicago Bears, airs Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. during pro-football season. Tapings will be Fridays at 4 p.m. at the ESPN Zone, beginning Sept. 11.

The ESPN Zone is located at 43 E. Ohio St.
