A few weeks back, after WNUA dropped its Smooth Jazz format, Kurt Hanson started up ChitownSmoothJazz.com, featuring the voices of Rick O'Dell and Danae Alexander. From there, he has now expanded that concept into ChicagoRadioOnline.com, which has a few different formats of music. In addition to the Smooth Jazz channel already mentioned, there is a great Oldies channel with Tommy Edwards' voice. There are also channels for Country, straight Jazz, Classic Rock, Classic Soul and 80's Pop. Those are currently jockless, but are looking to add some Chicago names to it. The site and channels are new and still in development (some of the site links do not work properly or at all yet), but it has not yet been "officially" launched.
