WGN superstation hasn't gotten any better? WGN America? get real the station sucks. Put WGN Morning News on it and then make it more national with shows people will actually watch... not Matlock. Good show, but unless your demo is 70+ it's not going to work. They have to recruit some big time shows. Make themselves into a TBS.
