'Silly Jilly' leaving Chicago's Kiss FM for Houston

Jill Osterman, better known as "Silly Jilly" on Clear Channel's WKSC-FM 103.5, is leaving Kiss FM for CBS Radio's KKHH-FM in Houston with the end of her current contract.

There is no word yet from Clear Channel on who will replace Osterman on the night shift at WKSC, where she returned two years ago after a stint in Harrisburg, Pa.

A Chicago native and graduate of Columbia College, "Silly Jilly" had gotten her start earlier on Kiss FM alongside "Java" Joel Murphy.
