What happened to Geoff Pinkus on WIND?

Some of you may have heard wild rumors, but here is the truth. WIND-AM's Geoff Pinkus has tendered his resignation with AM 560, due to "personal reasons." It was his decision to end "Chicago Overnight," the Midnight-4:00am program.

Although he was willing to continue to work the shift for WIND through the end of this month or so, WIND management decided to have last night's show be the final Chicago Overnight show.

Geoff Pinkus will continue to be heard on WIND during Sunday afternoons at 5:00pm for "Livin' Large."

Best wishes to Jim O'Connell - his talented young Producer, Dan Levy, Petey Galindo, and the others who stopped by from time to time.
