The latest charity disc from The Drive, "Rock 'N Roll Roots: Volume 11" has been officially released in Chicago. On his "Rock 'N Roll Roots" radio show early Sunday morning, Bob Stroud slowly unveiled the tracks on this year's CD. This group of rare classic rock tracks includes a pair of songs that have never before been released on CD. Bob Stroud's "Rock 'N Roll Roots" airs from 7:00am-10:00am on 97.1 (and 96.9 in the northern suburbs). The CD itself is now available in Chicagoland Borders stores.
Proceeds from the sales of the CD will go to benefit Lifesource, Chicagoland's Blood Center. Merlin's helped underwrite the costs of making this CD.
