The sad thing is, micro-managers like this Pig V guy usually wreak havoc for a year or two, then after enough internal and listener complaints, the upper management gets wise and bounces them. But it all happens after they've already let the good, talented mainstays go. And someone else has to clean up the mess. And it rarely results in a better one than the one they cleaned up, unfortunately.
Why can't the jerks be found out before they're hired to ruin a radio station rather than after they've already done it? One of radio's eternal unanswered questions...
