: This article fails to mention that then, after pleading guilty to this charge, he was busted for child porn at his house in Chicago so those charges are pending as well. He may have had no criminal record before these Carol Stream charges were filed but one thing is for certain: he isn't going to end this case + the child porn Chicago case without doing signficant jail time.
