The only people left at Shadow/Metro are naive, untalented 20-somethings who'll work bad hours for low pay, and a few oldsters who are liked by the stations they're on, because they've been on them for a long time.
Carol Williams hasn't even been in Chicago a year, and she's already got a bad reputation among clients. Most don't even want to deal with her, because of her paranoid and unpredictable behavior.
Kevin Scott knows little about management and even less about broadcasting. Before he became a Shadow/Metro manager, his primary work experience was managing two southwest suburban hot dog stands. They went bankrupt.
