I listened to a handful of segments. Like you, I think he needs to gain his spurs here. I felt he was pressing today; trying to impress the listener that he is very knowledgeable in world news; having "been there and done that".

I heard him interview State Senator Durkin. He did a credible job. He used multiple open ended questions and follow-ups.

The one thing I've caught is that he seems to reference Chicago from a 1980's perspective with such things as "having a drink on Rush Street".

All I want is for him to pronounce the town and street names correctly right now.

: Surprised that no one commented this morning. Does that mean many people on this board either did not listen, or did listen and didn't really think much of the show?
